The first Stellar conference, Meridian, will take place on November 4-5, bringing in Stellar developers, cryptoeconomists, technologists, development banks, & regulators to create lots of possibilities for partnerships and active discussions.
“At Meridian, we’ll celebrate the work we have all done, and lay the groundwork for the exponential growth still to come,” reports the official website of the network.
The schedule of the conference includes discussion groups focused on specific themes and technical seminars. There will be discussed fundamental questions that the Stellar network faces; issues regarding inflation and transparency, problems regarding the adoption of cryptocurrencies and marketing strategies.

Among the speakers are names like Saldo.mx CEO Marco Montes Neri, Satoshipay founder Meinhard Benn, Wirex CEO Pavel Matveev and others.
In accordance with the announcement, the Stellar Development Foundation will also report new projects and services of the foundation.
The Stellar network was founded by Jed McCaleb and ex lawyer Joyce Kim in 2014. Jed McCaleb is also the founder of Mt. Gox and co-founder of Ripple. Being live for already 5 years, Stellar has seen significant price growths during these years. This network is used to make it easier cross-asset transfers of value.
