59% of Twitter Users Prefer Bitcoin over Gold

59% of Twitter users would prefer to get and keep Bitcoins over gold, Federal Reserve Notes and 10 Year US Treasury Bonds.

The former Congressman from Texas Ron Paul, who is known as a crypto enthusiast, conducted a poll on Twitter and 77,350 of Twitter users have voted on it. They were asked in which form they would prefer to get $10,000 if they must keep the gift in the form they got for 10 years without touching it.

59% of the users (around 45 636 users) have chosen Bitcoin. Gold was on the 2nd place with 32% of the total votes (24 752 users). The 3rd place got 10 Year US Treasury Bond with 7% or 5,414 votes, and the least votes got Federal Reserve Notes – 2% or 1,547 votes.

It’s worth to note that during Litecoin Summit 2019, Ron Paul expressed his opinion about competing currencies and monetary policy, noting that government and money should be separated. “Your assets, your money, not government,” he mentioned.
