New Wasabi Wallet Is Released
Developers of the anonymous cryptocurrency wallet Wasabi Wallet brought the project out of beta and presented 1.0 version of the wallet.
The developer noted that compared to the beta version launched in early August, there are not so many changes, mostly fixes and improvements.
Wasabi Wallet supports CoinJoin technology and allows you to anonymize transactions by collecting multiple transactions into one. It supports the BIP84 offer, which allows a wallet to generate only bech32 SegWit addresses. Privacy is also improved by the introduction of proposals BIP157 and BIP158. In addition, the wallet includes a special analysis utility that will help users make more informed decisions when spending bitcoins.
Users have access to Windows, Linux and OSX clients. The project was founded by Adam Ficsor, who previously worked on HiddenWallet. Of course, when using the wallet, users will have to pay commissions, but they are only 0.3% of the transaction, which is much less than other anonymization services.
